Parasol Properties is the real estate division of the Parasol International group. With established, fundamentals focused, properties in the US and continental Europe the group owns and manages real estate assets valued at over $1b.

In the US the assets are managed by Rivendell Global Real Estate with over 3,000 garden style apartments across the US in predominantly secondary hi-tech cities.

The group continues to actively expand its acquisition capability and is currently engaged in pursuing several development opportunities.
